DRAKE SAXOPHONE QUARTETS TO PERFORM SATURDAY

Drake University's two saxophone quartets will perform a free concert at 8 p.m. Saturday, April 24, on the Jordan Stage in Sheslow Auditorium in Old Main, 25th Street and University Avenue.

Works by Bob Mintzer, Isaac Albeniz and Faustin et Marie JeanJean will be performed by Eric Neeley, soprano saxophone; David Bohl, alto saxophone; Cody Gough, tenor saxophone; and Brandon Borseth, baritone saxophone.

A second quartet will perform music by Albeniz as well as "Arrival of the Queen of Sheba" by Handel and selections from "Porgy and Bess" by Gershwin. The quartet is made up of Tony Wadle, soprano saxophone; Grant Mitchell, alto saxophone; Matt Gunsaulus, tenor saxophone; and Erin Keen, baritone saxophone.
