FALL MUSIC LESSONS AT DRAKE START MONDAY, AUG. 23
Looking for a musical opportunity to cultivate the artist within you or your child? The Drake University Community School of Music's 16-week fall session begins Monday, Aug. 23.
Individual instruction is available at all levels, beginning through advanced, and all ages (3-80+) in piano, strings, woodwinds, brass, percussion, harp, organ and music theory. Individual voice instruction is available on a semester basis for students over the age of 15. Tuition for the fall semester is $320 plus a $20 enrollment fee.
New for the fall semester is a program designed for the younger singer. This program combines voice coaching with piano instruction and basic reading and rhythmic skills work in the fundamentals of theory. Tuition varies depending on the combination of singing, piano, and theory instruction.
To obtain additional information about any of the programs or to enroll, contact Christine Schneider at the Drake University Community School of Music office at (515) 271-4011.
