DRAKE FOREIGN FILM FESTIVAL TO START FEB. 2

Drake University's Sunday Foreign Film Festival during the spring semester will feature 10 foreign films exploring representations of childhood.

Beginning Feb. 2, "Viewing Childhood" will present a new film each Sunday at 2:30 p.m. in the Pharmacy Auditorium (room 206) in the Morgan E. Cline Hall of Pharmacy and Science, 28th Street and Forest Avenue. Admission is free. Each screening will be followed by a discussion session. The discussions will be led by Drake faculty members Fernando Arribas-Garcia, Vibs Petersen and Susan Hanson.

The film festival is sponsored by Drake's Department of Modern Languages and Literatures, the Drake Center for Global Citizenship, the Drake University Language Acquisition Program and the Study of Culture and Society Department. For more information, call (515) 271-2038.
