DRAKE BUSINESS LINK OFFERS FACULTY FRIDAY WORKSHOPS
An interactive workshop on "Services Marketing" will be held at Drake
University on Friday, March 11, as part of a series of monthly workshops taught
by Drake faculty on a variety of business topics. The sessions, which are open
to the public as part of the Drake Business Link program, cost $40 each and
are limited to 35 participants. All of the sessions will be held from 9 a.m.
to noon in room 112 of Aliber Hall, 29th Street and University Avenue.
Mary Edrington, assistant professor of marketing, will teach the "Services
Marketing" session, which will focus on the special challenges and opportunities
related to the marketing of service organizations, especially in finance, insurance,
education, health care and professional services.
