2005 Drake Resource Guide
The Guide to Expert Resources at Drake University

The 2005 Drake University Resource Guide is designed as a service to the community. The guide lists Drake University faculty and staff who are experts in specific fields. The experts listed in the guide are willing to assist the news media with facts and/or commentary on various subjects. They also are willing to speak to businesses and community organizations. In some cases a speaker’s fee is required. It is best to discuss whether there will be speaker’s fee when making arrangements with a speaker.
How to Use the Guide
The Resource Guide is divided into five main parts:

University Facts

facts about Drake University.

Leaders at Drake

administrative leaders, deans of colleges and schools, and chairs of divisions and departments.

Topical Listing

a list of topics with corresponding Drake experts. The entries are in alphabetical order by topic and include the expert’s name, area of expertise, business telephone number, e-mail address and, in some cases, a home telephone number.

Faculty Staff Index

lists faculty and staff members who are listed in the Resource Guide.
