• Opening of the Biennial Faculty Exhibition, Anderson Gallery, noon to 4 p.m.
• "The Meeting," a theatrical performance about a fictional meeting between Martin Luther King Jr. and Malcolm X in which they discuss issues of black America in the 1960s, Parents Hall, 7 p.m. $2 for the general public or free with a Drake ID.

THURSDAY, JAN. 16

• Drake women's basketball vs. Evansville, Drake Knapp Center, 7:05 p.m.
• Drake Choir, Drake Chamber Choir, Iowa Youth Chorus, Vocal Arts Ensemble and singers from throughout the state will perform with internationally renowned musician David Hill, Jordan Stage, Sheslow Auditorium, 7:30 p.m., $5 for students, $10 for others.
