Joanna Mosser

Joanna Mosser joined the Department of Political Science in Fall 2006. She received her B.A. in English and Political Science from the University of Portland and her M.A., MPhil., and Ph.D. in Political Science from Yale University.

Her research and teaching interests include the politics of public policymaking, the mutually constitutive relationship between state and citizen, and applied political theory.
