Mary Sue McEntee
Assistant to the President for Advancement
Sue received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Food & Nutrition in Business from the University of Northern Iowa and her Master’s in Public Administration from Drake University. She was a member of the Mid-Iowa Planned Giving Council and the Association for Hospital Food Service Administrators serving in a number of roles including President for both. Other organizations she has been involved with include: East Des Moines Chamber of Commerce, Executive Women International, the Finance Committee at her church and as a Board member for the Dowling Soccer Club. Her main duties include liaison between the President’s Office and Alumni and Development and providing support to the Executive Assistant for Board of Trustee related items. Prior to coming to Drake in May of 2008, Sue held the position of Director of Development for Sacred Heart Parish and had served in many capacities for the Iowa Health System for nearly 19 years.
