Yoga Relax 12:15 to 12:45pm Abby

Unwind and breathe deep into your muscles with tis relaxing mind & body class.

Pound 4:45 to 5:15pm Kylie

Rock to the beat of your own drum in this rhythmic cardio & toning class.

HydroFit 5:00 to 5:45pm Rachelle This class is held in the Bell Center Pool. Let the weight of the water add a whole new challenge to this light toning class.
HIIT w/ Yoga 6:30 to 7:00pm Kylie This is an interval training class that incorporates flowing through strength poses at low and high intensities.
Express Abs 7:15 to 7:30pm Lauren A short & sweet core workout you can fit into your busy day!
Hip Hop 8:15 to 9:00pm Paige Breat out your skills as you dance to the latest hip hop and pop rhythms.

Progressive-X 6:45 to 7:45pm Hannah Diverse, finctional workouts with limited rest that build strength and endurance
Power Yoga 8:00 to 8:45pm Grace Fusing a mix of strength and cardio into one session. Get ready to sweat it out!

Tread & Shred 6:15 to 7:00pm Katie and Sammy This class is held in the Underground and for students only. An interval workout combining cardio with strength training that will tone muscles and increase your endurance.
Progressive-X 6:45 to 7:45pm Hannah Diverse, finctional workouts with limited rest that build strength and endurance
