Pound 4:45 to 5:15pm Sara/Kodee

Rock to the beat of your own drum in this rhythmic cardio & toning class.

TUESDAY
Step & Sculpt 12:15 to 12:45pm Katherine A circuit style conditioning class that is short in duration, but fast paced in nature. Involves full body exercises to increase your cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength.
Muscle Mix 4:45 to 5:15pm Rachelle Boost your metabolism with strength training in the free-weight interval class.
WEDNESDAY
Pilates 12:15 to 12:45pm Instructor Rotation Improve core strength and stability in this mat-based toning class.
Zumba 4:45 to 5:15pm Tracee Work up a sweat and dance away with this Latin-inspired cardio fitness class.
THURSDAY
Muscle Mix 12:15 to 12:45pm Instructor Rotation

Boost your metabolism with strength training in the free-weight interval class.

Functional Fitness 6:15 to 6:45pm Mackenzie

A combination of cardio, weights and core that will get you toned!
