MONDAY

Yoga Relax 12:15 to 12:45pm Abby

Unwind and breathe deep into your muscles with this relaxing mind & body class.

Step & Sculpt 4:45 to 5:15pm Katherine

A circuit style conditioning class that is short in duration, but fast paced in nature. Involves full body exercises to increase your cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength.

Express Abs 5:20 to 5:35pm Katherine A short & sweet core workout you can fit into your busy day!
Progressive-X 6:00 to 7:00pm Hannah & Mackenzie Diverse, finctional workouts with limited rest that build strength and endurance.
Barre^ 7:15 to 8:00pm Elise A high-energy, fun and challenging workout that will get your heart rate up, lift your tush and tone and tighten all the right areas. Utilizing a handrail, this class incorporates isometric movements, pilates, yoga, cardio and resistance training.
Hip Hop 8:15 to 9:00pm Paige Bust out your skills as you dance to the latest hip hop and pop rhythms.
TUESDAY
Yoga Relax 11:15 to 11:45pm Sammy Unwind and breathe deep into your muscles with tis relaxing mind & body class.
Pound 12:15 to 12:45pm Sara Rock to the beat of your own drum in this rhythmic cardio & toning class.
Pound 4:45 to 5:15pm Kodee Rock to the beat of your own drum in this rhythmic cardio & toning class.
HydroFit* 5:00 to 5:45pm Rachelle This class is held in the Bell Center Pool. Let the weight of the water add a whole new challenge to this light toning class.
Hatha Yoga 6:30 to 7:15pm Angela This ancient asana practice integrates breath, body, and mind. This class is a relaxed-paced yoga practice that integrates breath work with deliberate muscle elongation, toning, and spatial awareness.
Power Yoga 8:00 to 8:45pm Grace Fusing a mix of strength and cardio into one session. Get ready to sweat it out!
WEDNESDAY

Power Yoga 4:45 to 5:30pm Grace Fusing a mix of strength and cardio into one session. Get ready to sweat it out!
Zumba 5:45 to 6:30pm Tracee Work up a sweat and dance away with this Latin-inspired cardio fitness class.
Progressive-X 6:45 to 7:45pm Hannah and Mackenzie Diverse, finctional workouts with limited rest that build strength and endurance

THURSDAY
Walking Group 12:15 to 12:45pm Ellen

Take a break from your busy day by going for a fun, upbeat walk around the Knapp Center Track. enter through the Bell Center. Great way to socialize and connect with others on campus!

FUNctional Fitness 4:45 to 5:15pm Mackenzie

A combination of cardio, weights and core that will get you toned!

HydroFit* 5:00 to 5:45pm Rachelle

When Drake senior Reed Fischer crossed the finish line at the Drake Relays presented by Hy-Vee on Thursday, he broke a school record that has stood since long before Drake’s famed Blue Oval was blue.
