Q: I do not know (or forgot) my password. What do I do?
A: Your blueView password is initially set up according to your birth date in the following format: MmmDDYYYY!. For example, if your birth date is January 31, 1980, then your initial password is Jan311980! . Your password is case sensitive; make sure that your caps lock key is not activated when logging in. Your initial password is only temporary. You must change it upon your initial log-in to blueView. Contact the Support Center for more assistance.
Q: I entered my Drake ID number and my password, but blueView still will not let me in. What do I do?
