To request the assistance of Drake student volunteers or to propose a project please complete the Community Partner Project Request Form. Drake University participation in community events is dependent on availability of faculty, staff, and students and the University's Academic Calendar. Please review our statement of limitation.

Requesting Campus Visit - K-8
The best way to satisfy your curiosity about living and learning at Drake University is to visit! In an effort to build on the idea of middle and elementary school students exploring the college-going culture - we have developed a group visit program for young students. Within our ability to accommodate, we aim to provide access to all interested groups who wish to visit Drake. For more information on these opportunities or to request a visit, please visit

Requesting Space or a Room
All requests for room reservations are made through our Events Office. Please email with your contact information, preferred date, type of space you are desiring, time frame, expected number in attendance, etc.
