As a victim/survivor of Sexual or Interpersonal Misconduct, the following information serves as a notification of your rights. This notification, as well as the University’s Policy on Sexual and Interpersonal Misconduct & Notification of Complainant’s Rights, provides information about resources, reporting options and procedures that are available when a report of Sexual or Interpersonal Misconduct is made. This information explains the investigatory and disciplinary procedures the University follows and possible sanctions the University may enforce with respect to complaints of Sexual and Interpersonal Misconduct.  They also explain interim and long-term protective measures and accommodations that may be offered to survivors, if requested and reasonably available, such as no-contact orders and temporary or permanent changes in housing, academic, transportation and working conditions.
