Master of Science in Adult Learning & Organizational Performance

In the ALOP program, you’ll take several core classes in leadership, organizational performance and ethics, but you’ll also be able to delve into an emphasis that will help you meet your own career goals and aspirations. To complete the degree, you’ll take a total of 36 hours of coursework, including 19 hours in core classes, 9 hours in your concentration and 8 hours of elective hours. A second 9-hour concentration may be completed in place of the electives.
