Advertising in Olmsted

Banners in the Breezeway
Banner display space is available in the breezeway of lower Olmsted. Stop by the Student Life Center to reserve your space and make your banner!

Posting Flyers & Posters
Flyers can be hung up in designated areas in Olmsted and Hubbell. All flyers must be approved through the Student Life Center before being posted.

Tabling in the Breezeway
Groups can promote their events and organizations at designated tables in Olmsted. To reserve a space please follow the online room scheduling system *Note: only designated individuals (organization presidents or other designee) can access the form. If you have questions please contact Kodee Wright

A-Frame Boards (Sandwich Boards)
A-Frame boards can give your event or group more visibility in high traffic areas inside and outside of Olmsted. Boards can be reserved through the Student Life Center. Note that all boards are available to student groups on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Trademark Guidelines
Creating items such as t-shirts, pens, hats, mugs, etc, can elevate the visibility of your program. Be sure that any materials created using the Drake logo are within university guidelines and are produced by our contracted vendors.

Want your event to have even more visibility? Consider advertising through the campus paper. The TD has a variety of advertising space and pricing to fit your group's needs

Awards season just got more exciting for students in Drake’s School of Journalism and Mass Communication. Two of Drake’s student publications earned top national honors, while students and faculty in the public relations program earned regional in-state awards.
