Application System Troubleshooting Tips

  1. Logging into the system:
    • After you have found your program, log in with your Drake ID and Password.
    • If you are not currently registered in courses at Drake, you will likely be unable to log into the system. Please contact our office to see if you are approved to study abroad. If so, we will need to work with you individually so that you can start an application.
  2. Searching for Programs:
    • Keep in mind that search parameters may not be completely updated. If you are unable to find specific subject areas or experiences (internship/service learning), you could also try looking at affiliate/exchange provider websites directly.
    • Not all of our Drake Administered programs will be featured at this time. You can find the most up-to-date information on programs for the upcoming semesters at the Education Abroad and J-Term fairs.
    • If you have already found a program through an affiliated provider that is not listed in our search database, you can talk to our office to confirm that it is approved. If it is, we can generally create/subscribe to the correct program application so that you can apply.
