You've come to the right place.

  • If you have a technical question, contact Drake's Help Desk at http://www.drake.edu/it/help/helpdeskhours.php.
  • If your question involves the blackboard course management system, send an email to bbsupport@drake.edu.
  • To log into Blackboard go to http://bb.drake.edu/. Your user name is your Drake ID#. Your default password is your date of birth in MMDDYY format. (For example, if your birth date is August 3, 1985 use 080385). Don't forget to change it once you log in!
  • If you've forgotten a password contact the help desk using the information given above.
  • If you have questions about email access, see http://www.drake.edu/it/services_support/email.php. If your question isn't answered there, contact the help desk.
  • For all other Drake University related support needed, send an e-mail to helpdesk@drake.edu.

You do not need to be a student at Drake or otherwise to take part in summer programs.

All registration and class listings are in MYDUSIS.


In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Drake University reserves the right to cancel courses or change times, staff, or room assignments. Registrations received by mail or fax are subject to review and approval of appropriate offices. "ARR" or "Arranged" in a course listing means that students will make individual arrangements with the instructor of class meeting times or campus location. "Staff" in a course listing indicates that the course will be taught by a member of that department's staff. Courses marked U are open to all students; courses marked G are open only to graduate students, and courses marked U, G may be taken for either undergraduate or graduate credit.
