Dr. Claire Muselman serves as an Assistant Professor of Practice in Leadership and Organizational Behavior in the Zimpleman College of Business and Co-Director of the Leadership Development Master of Science program at Drake University. With nearly two decades in the insurance industry, she's become a transformative force in workers' compensation and risk management, pioneering initiatives like the Workers' Recovery Unit, the Workers' Compensation Center of Excellence, and the Transitions. Her influence extends to co-hosting the acclaimed podcast ADJUSTED, a claims podcast, as well as creating content for various media outlets including WorkCompCentral, the International Risk Management Institute (IRMI), and WorkersCompensation.com.
