Office Depot is the preferred vendor for office supplies for Drake. A special discount rate has been established to provide the best pricing for Drake and Drake employees.  


Each department has selected team members to access the Office Depot business solution site.  The budget manager may request access for team members by completing the Access Request Form.  When the setup is complete, the user will receive an email with the access information. The Quick Start guide is available for Drake users to better understand the Office Depot process for ordering supplies.



The Office Depot Store Purchasing Card is available to all Drake employees.  Use your Drake p-card for payment for Drake business purchases. 

Although the preferred method of ordering business office supplies is online, the card may be used to purchase business office supplies at a retail location.  By presenting the card you will receive the best price and confirm Drake's tax-exempt status.

In addition the card may be used to receive custom-discounted pricing for personal office supplies at, at any retail location, or using the mobile app. In addition, the card may be used for print services.



Drake has a specific list of standard paper on the “Managed Print Paper” shopping list on Office Depot’s website.  The standard paper options on this list are the only items that can be charged to FOAPAL 100000-4820-70000-206.  If you need to order paper that is not included on the “Managed Print Paper” list, please use your appropriate department budget FOAPAL number.

To see the paper options, click on the Shopping List icon under the search field at the top of the webpage.  In the Shopping Lists search field, type “managed print” to quickly filter to the correct list.  It includes white copy paper in letter, 3-hole punched letter, ledger and legal sizes.  It also includes a variety of colored letter size paper.
