Softball Coaching 401 is designed to assist coaches in developing effective organizational, motivational and teaching strategies to guide a successful softball program. The course includes professionally produced videos as well as text from the National Fast Pitch Coaches Association. These materials will guide you in exploring the approaches of several of the top coaches in the United States. You will explore coaching philosophies, planning motivation and strategies of the game. This class will also show the strategies of successful coaches in teaching the fundamentals of the game of softball.
