Course Overview

If you have disruptive or off-task students, this course can help you. It will show you why these students are misbehaving, how to stop the unwanted behavior and how to teach students to behave more appropriately. You will learn the psychology, the system and the classroom strategies to teach students how to behave responsibly.

In this course, you will learn how to:

  • Determine why students choose to misbehave.
  • Implement a proven approach to improving student behavior.
  • Reduce conflict and increase cooperation.
  • Effectively use “Time Out” to improve behavior
  • Help students set and reach goals for improved behavior.
