Yes. Reservations are required to access weightlifting spaces and cardio equipment. Reservations will be taken online through IMLeagues or the Rec Web Portal. Reservations will be for 45 minutes with 15 minutes reserved for cleaning.
To sanitize equipment between uses, each station will have a spray bottle and paper towels. Patrons must wipe down equipment when they are done and the Rec Services staff will clean between each patron. Please note that lifters will need to use appropriate weights because no spotting is allowed.
Yes. Reservations are required to access the pool and reserve a shower or a swim lane. Reservations will be taken online through IMLeagues or the Rec Web Portal. Reservations will be for 45 minutes with 15 minutes reserved for cleaning. A maximum of four reservations will be allowed per hour, accommodating two men and two women.
Showers are required before entering the pool area. Swimmers should swim in the middle of their lane to accommodate 6 feet of distance between swimmers. Pool equipment will be available. After use, swimmers will place equipment into a used equipment bin. Showers will be labeled for swimmers’ reservations only and will be cleaned by the complex manager between open swim times.
Yes. Reservations will be required to access the TRX band station and stretching space. Reservations will be taken online through IMLeagues or the Rec Web Portal. Reservations will be for 45 minutes with 15 minutes reserved for cleaning.
Users can access equipment from the shelves and will place used equipment in a bin to be cleaned. Each station will have a spray bottle and paper towels. Patrons must wipe down equipment when they are done and student workers will clean according to protocols after each reservation.
Yes. Reservations for group exercise are required and made through IMLeagues or the Rec Web Portal. In-person classes limited to 10 participants and one instructor. Classes may be streamed lived or available as pre-recorded videos. During in-person classes, equipment may not be shared and there will be limited use of props and other equipment with a priority given to bodyweight movements.
Yes. Reservations for use of the Bell Center gym are required. Reservations will be taken online through IMLeagues or the Rec Web Portal. Reservations will be for 45 minutes with 15 minutes reserved for cleaning. Court 1 will be used for cardio equipment. The Complex Manager will disinfect this equipment between uses. Equipment will be reserved with appropriate time to clean between uses. The Knapp Center gym will not be available to Rec Services users.

Tape will be used to mark where students may sit to maintain prescribed physical distance measures. Weightlifters must use appropriate weights because no spotting is allowed and must move all plates to the left side of the racks.
