Suicide Awareness Month Events

QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) Training on September 30th from 11-12pm in Olin 206

Let's Talk About It: Mental Health as a Student of Color

Purpose: This event will focus on creating a space of healing and discussion with a panel of Drake Graduates of Color, where the audience will have the opportunity to ask questions at the end. Supported by a grant from the American Psychiatric Association Division of Diversity and Health Equity and the American Psychiatric American Foundation, the counseling center was able to fund this panel event and programming specific to students of color. Although the primary focus is for Students of Color, all students, allies, and Drake population are encouraged to attend. In addition, student will have the opportunity to receive raffles prizes to build their mental health toolbox.
