Applications for our 2019 program will open October 1, 2018. The deadline for receipt of all 2019 application materials will be February 1, 2019. Students should submit their application without waiting for their recommenders to submit letters of recommendation. Applicants are encouraged to get all their credentials in by mid-late December, so that they can be considered for early placement. Those applying after January 1 run a high risk of not having all their credentials submitted by the deadline.
Student applications are being accepted for two travel scholarships for students interested in researching Ayurvedic approaches to pain management in India. The two students selected for this project (and accompanying Faculty) will visit the Pravara Institute of Medical Sciences and the Ayurveda College in India from December 27, 2018- January 26, 2019. The students will be tasked with developing a survey on Ayurvedic approaches to pain management and administering the survey to faculty, staff, and students at both institutions. The scholarship will cover travel expenses during this trip.
To apply, please complete the application by Friday, September 28, at 5pm. Upon review of applicants, a select number of students will be invited to interview for final selection.
