Drake University invites nominations, applications, and inquiries for our next Dean of Admission. We seek an experienced and ambitious professional of recruitment, enrollment, and retention to serve in this key leadership position. Our ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking, visionary leader who is passionate, creative, and collaborative.

Leading a team of professionals and student ambassadors, the Dean regularly partners with Drake’s academic colleges, schools and units, and many other internal and external stakeholders.

Drake University, home to approximately 4,875 students (2,900 undergraduate), seeks to build an educational environment promoting scholarship, diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice. The Dean of Admission plays a mission-critical role in these endeavors.
