EMS Planned Maintenance This Evening

Accruent will be conducting regularly scheduled system maintenance on the Event Management System (EMS) this evening, Thursday, April 25th between 8 p.m. – 1 a.m. CT. While the EMS maintenance window is designated for the entire timeframe, ITS staff anticipates that any outages will only last 10-15 minutes.

If you experience service interruptions outside this maintenance window, submit a Banner Third-Party Issue ticket, call the ITS Support Center at 515-271-3001, or visit the lower level of Carnegie Hall.
