ITS has been made aware of a vendor outage affecting software downloads (E-Academy). Currently no one is able to log in and download software either through blueView or myDrake. If anyone attempts to access E-Academy they are unable to log in and see an error screen.
ITS staff are working with our vendor towards a resolution. We will provide updates and will let you know when this outage has been resolved. Thank you for your patience.
