Update on issue with adding new accounts to the IT/Facilities Service Portal (TeamDynamix)

ITS has been continuing to work on resolving the issue that is preventing the addition of new faculty, staff, and students to our IT/Facilities service portal system (TeamDynamix).
We have identified the problem and are planning on implementing a fix on Monday. We are hopeful that this issue will be resolved no later than Tuesday.
Until then, if you are a faculty member, staff member, or student and are not in the system, please report any ITS issues by calling the support center at 515-271-3001. If you have a facilities issue, please have your building manager submit it on your behalf, or contact Brenda McNear.
