Update on Microsoft service outages

The outage affecting the ITS and Facilities service portal has been resolved. Requests can once again be submitted at service.drake.edu.
The outage affecting other Microsoft systems including Exchange (email and calendaring), Skype for Business (phone), Teams, and OneDrive is not yet resolved. We will continue to share with you any updates we receive from Microsoft. Thank you for your continued patience.
