Skype for Business Telephone Outage Resolved

Thank you for your patience. ITS has now resolved troubles with the Skype for Business telephone client. Vendor support for Drake’s Skype for Business system was able to identify our failed services and redirect access to another system. If you continue to experience issues, please contact the support center at 515-271-3001 or visit service.drake.edu/its to report your issue.
