Database Environment Outage Resolved

Thank you for your patience. ITS has resolved the issues impacting our MS SQL database environment. All services should be restored, including EMS, PaperCut, Metasys, Citrix, Password Manager, and others. If you continue to experience issues with any of these systems, contact the ITS Support Center at 515-271-3001 or visit service.drake.edu/its to report your issue.
