Drake Recreational Services is doing everything it can to keep students, faculty, and staff engaged and active while we are away from campus!

We will continue to offer OnDemand GroupX classes that can be taken at any time, but are also adding in-person classes starting February 15th. All class formats can be found and registered for through our Drake Rec app.
Additionally, we have partnered with Rec Movement to offer even more workout variety! Campus recreation departments from schools across the US and Canada have come together to promote wellness during this time. Drake Intramurals will continue to offer a wide variety of in-person and virtual activities for students this semester. Many popular sports from fall semester such as sand volleyball, cornhole, and badminton will be offered again. This semester’s schedule also includes a 3v3 indoor volleyball league and a field day.
A brand new Pop-A-Shot will be located in the Bell Center that will include a running leaderboard and monthly challenges. There is also a minigolf course has been set up on the Bell Center basketball courts that can be used for both league play and reserved tee times.
Esports will continue to be offered this semester in a self-scheduling, user-friendly format of today’s most popular video games. The full schedule and registration information can be found on the Drake Rec App or imleagues.com/drake. We look forward to your participation in Drake Intramurals!
