Max Thornton has a PhD in Theological and Philosophical Studies in Religion from Drew University. His research interests include queer and trans studies in religion, disability studies, and the relationship of technology, personhood, and embodiment. Other interests include science fiction, affect theory, Judaism, and choral singing.
