Dr. Faux earned his B.A. from the University of California, Riverside and his Ph.D. from Brigham Young University. His primary field is cognitive neuroscience. Dr. Faux teaches human evolutionary psychology, cognitive psychology, and sensation and perception. He studies the evolution of human cognitive processes.
His research focuses on how the P300 wave changes during discrimination learning and in other neurological disorders. He has a general interest in brain imaging procedures.
