The Ray Center is proud to partner with area education agencies to offer essential seminars to educators and community members.  

School Climate and Student Development Seminar

The Robert D. and Billie Ray Center is offering a limited number of professional learning scholarships for individuals, schools and districts interested in improving climate and culture.  Attendees will complete an implementation plan and receive strategies for improving character education initiatives.

We are holding a series of three-day workshops to provide educators with tools and strategies to strengthen their character education initiatives.

Apply now for a professional learning scholarship!  You can choose from a personalized training at your school or a team-based training in Des Moines.

     Team Based Session

  • Up to 6 educators
  • $600 per team after $4000 scholarship!

     School Based Workshop

  • Up to 30 educators
  • $3000 per school after $14,000 scholarship!
