Instructions to view class schedules and access course material requirements.

• Go to my.drake.edu
• Log in using a student ID number and password
• On the bottom left of the screen click on “Classes & Registration”
• From the dropdown click on “My Course Schedule”
• Select term
• Click submit
• Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the blue button that says “Textbooks and Course Material”

Viewing course material requirements & shopping.

Textbook information is listed by course on the bookstore’s website. We offer a hand-out with step by step instructions. Many students choose to order their books online and select “in-store pick-up” as the shipping option. In turn, the bookstore staff will pick your order, charge your payment method and have your package ready for you to pick-up once you are settled on campus.

Rental

Many textbooks are available for rent. It is your decision which textbooks you wish to rent and which to buy. You may write light notes and highlight in rented textbooks. If you rent and decide you would like to keep the book, you may buy out your rental at any time before its due date– no fees or fines for changing your mind. To rent, you will need to provide a credit card to serve as collateral. This card will only get charged if you don’t check-in your rentals, which are always due on the last day of finals week every semester.

Price Match

We offer a price match program. If Barnes & Noble or Amazon (excluding 3^rd party marketplaces) has a lower price on the exact same ISBN we will issue a book store gift card for the difference between our prices.

Book Buy Back

The University Bookstore buys back books every day we are open. Buy back pricing is based on supply and demand. To participate you simply show your student photo ID. Pricing will be quoted to you allowing you to accept or decline the offer. We pay cash.
