SLC Student Staff

A very big part of our office includes the student staff which helps us manage multiple things from front desk services, finances, and marketing. We are extremely grateful for each and every one of these amazing students for all of the help that they give us each and every day.

Chiru Kabuba (She/Her/Hers)

Hometown: St. Louis, Missouri

Year: Senior

Major(s): Marketing and Finance

Chiru Kabuba is a current senior from St. Louis, MO studying marketing & finance. She works in SLC as a finance coordinator and at the front desk. She is also the president of Drake University's African Caribbean Student Association (ACSA). If you don't find her in SLC, she's usually at home cooking new recipes or traveling.

Fianna Sanchez (She/Her/Hers)

Hey y'all, I'm currently a third year studying accounting, born and raised in Houston, Texas and I love the Astros. I'm working at SLC as the Student Coordinator for Marketing while also working at front desk regularly throughout the week. I'm involved in multiple organizations throughout campus including Phi Chi Theta and First Gen Bulldogs. I have a miniature pinscher named Nikita who's my whole world. Working at SLC has brought me so much happiness and I'm so excited to keep working here.

This is my second year working at SLC! On campus, I am involved with Drake Prevention. Off-campus, I like to ski, read, hike, and do anything outside!

I am Isabelle McGraw! I grew up in a suburb about 20 minutes outside of the twin cities with my two parents and my sister. I really enjoy traveling, working out, and cooking/baking. I am so excited to be working at the SLC desk!

Cierra is a current junior studying Environmental science with a concentration in bio conservation. This is her third year working at the SLC. If you don't find them at the SLC they are probably at home cooking or doing crafts.
