Doug J. Bujakowski, Ph.D.

Assistant Professor of Actuarial Science and Risk Management

Doug Bujakowski received his Ph.D. in Risk and Insurance from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. His research interests include insurance market development, law and economics, and longitudinal and spatial modeling. He is currently pursuing research that seeks to understand the evolution and management of risks in emerging economies.

In the fall of 2017, Doug joined the faculty at Drake University as an Assistant Professor of Actuarial Science. He teaches undergraduate courses in mathematical statistics and a graduate course in operational risk management.
