ITS Security Awareness Training begins March 25th

On Monday, March 25th, ITS and our partner KnowBe4 released an information security awareness training module to all Drake employees. Faculty and staff received an email from Drake Information Technology Services (ITS) including notice of enrollment in the ITS security awareness course, “How to Become A Human Firewall.” The training course should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. You’ll have four weeks to finish this training, but we encourage you to complete it right away.

Topics include phishing awareness, password hygiene, data protection, and safe online practices. The training module will include reading, videos, and a brief assessment. If you have questions, submit an Account/Security Request ticket or contact the ITS Support Center at 515-271-3001.
