Drake University’s Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program will provide you experience and expertise in the scientific study of learning and behavior. Our comprehensive program provides intensive classroom instruction along with supervised practicum experiences providing eligibility to sit for the nationally recognized Behavior Analyst Certification Board exam.
By teaching you how to understand, predict, and improve socially significant behavior, our program prepares you for a career working with children and adults with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities in clinical, school, and residential settings.

Annual demand for individuals holding BCBA/BCBA-D certification has increased each year since 2010, with a projected yearly growth rate of 17%.
There are 149 BCBAs in the State of Iowa and to meet current demand, Iowa would need to more than double its present number.
Salaries average between $48k - $75k.
