Master of Accounting

The Master of Accounting program provides the requisite knowledge to sit for the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) examination and to enter the profession of accounting.  This degree is a great fit for both those with past business experience and those without.  Instead of preparing for the CPA exam, some students commit to growing their knowledge in this challenging and fluid field.

Candidates are invited to apply to our fall, spring or summer semesters.  Questions regarding the application process can be forwarded to our Outreach Coordinator at dianna.gray@drake.edu or (515) 271-2188.

Completed applications are due by the following dates:

  • December 1 for classes starting in spring (January)
  • April 1 for classes starting in summer (May/June)
  • July 15 for classes starting in fall (August)
