Bright College offers two full-time, two-year associates’ degrees. These programs guide students through a series of interdisciplinary, project-centered seminars and short courses that integrate subject-area learning with hands-on, real-world engagement.
The Associate of Arts (AA) Degree in Business, Organization, and Professional Studies prepares students to navigate the cultures and expectations of professional organizations of all kinds. Graduates are equipped to interact productively with colleagues to meet their clients’ needs ethically and expertly, leveraging well-honed critical thinking, problem solving, digital literacy, and cultural and organizational proficiency. Bright College graduates are entrepreneurial and action oriented, ready to take the lead in bridging the skills gap, bringing experience and dedication to the enterprises they join.
The Associate of Arts (AA) Degree in the Integrated Arts, Sciences, and Humanities empowers Bright College graduates to be leaders and change-makers in their communities by contributing their insights, experiences, and perspectives to the work of community organizations, non-profits, and centers of civic and cultural life. Practiced in team-building, communication, critical thinking, and digital literacy, they bring clarity of purpose to complex and uncertain situations, crafting and advocating for achievable solutions to real-world challenges.
