Executive Director, Online Programming, Drake Online and Continuing Education
Christina leads Drake University’s Online and Continuing Education, building online programming and new professional development opportunities for the Des Moines area metro and beyond. Kara Wendelin Carnahan
Director, Online Student Services
Kara leads our online student support services, advising our online students to help them be successful in their educational journeys. She works with students at every point – from orientation to graduation, ensuring students have a strong mentor at Drake University.
Dianna Gray
Director, Online Admission & Engagement
Dianna oversees online recruiting and admission processes for domestic and international students. She partners with University Communications and Marketing teams to build the Drake Online brand awareness and integrated marketing strategy. She also works with organizations to strengthen external engagement through corporate and academic recruiting events.
She holds an M.S. in Educational Psychology from Capella University and B.A. in Psychology from Augustana University. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. from the Drake University School of Education
Sarah Ramsey
Director, Business Professionals Programs
Sarah leads our signature Leading Others program, which builds executives’ leadership capacity and readiness. She also works with organizations and businesses to provide customized professional development programs and oversees additional training opportunities. Sarah's Full Bio
Pamela Moore
Program Assistant
Pam transitioned to Drake Online and Continuing Education in 2022 after having worked as a Program Manager for the ABA graduate program. In her Drake Online and Continuing Ed role, she will assist with the Professional Development programs along with administrative duties for Drake Online and Continuing Ed. Pam has worked in many different industries including, sales, law, science, and academia. She particularly enjoys academia and watching individuals grow and develop as they go through Drake University’s various programs. She holds a B.S. in Biology, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and MBA from Drake University.

As CRM Specialist, Suzanne manages DOCE’s use of Drake’s admission CRM (Slate) for online program applications, including – but not limited to – data imports, reporting, and communications.
