Student Seminar with Makerere University Business School (MUBS) Spring 2023

Led in partnership with the Zimpleman College of Business, Drake hosted six students and two faculty members from our global partner institution in Uganda for a ten-day leadership seminar in January 2023.

This program is part of a long-standing reciprocal student seminar: Drake and MUBS students are paired in Uganda for a three-week summer session on sustainable development. The following spring, the same MUBS students travel to the U.S. for their leadership seminar. Drake has hosted MUBS students for more than 10 years and sent Drake students to MUBS for more than 14 years!
