Biography
Professor Kidd is a nationally recognized expert in law and economics, focusing primarily on business law and regulatory issues. His public choice analysis provides explanations for why the best laid plans of government rarely, if ever, succeed in their stated goals but, instead, tend to entrench existing special interests. His scholarship has appeared in top law reviews and journals, including the Alabama Law Review, the U.C. Davis Law Review, and Washington and Lee Law Review.
