Our department hires students as lab assistants to work in the stockroom and peer mentors to work with instructors and faculty in teaching laboratories.

Peer mentors are assigned to general and organic chemistry laboratories to provide assistance to students. Peer mentors also serve as role models to students. To learn more about applying for a position in the Chemistry Department, contact Dr. Maria Bohorquez. Positions in the Environmental Health and Safety department are also available.
