Walk & Weights
4:45 to 5:30 p.m. Rachelle Meet in the Multipurpose Room! Add weights to neighborhood walk to build muscle!
WEDNESDAY
Pilates 12:15 to 12:45 p.m. Rotation This full body toning class uses light weights & body weight on your mat.
Power Yoga
7:00 to 7:45 p.m. Abby Increase energy and strength with this mind-body connection and flexibility-building class.
THURSDAY
