Yoga Relax 7:00 to 7:45 p.m. Sammy Reduce stress and increase flexibility with this mind-body connection class.
Muscle Mix 12:15 to 12:45 p.m. Ellen Boost your metabolism with strength training in this free-weight, sweat-free class! 
Muscle Mix 2.0 7:00 to 7:40 p.m. Katie A. Amp up your normal Muscle Mix class with more weights and sweaty cardio! 
Express Abs 7:45 to 8:00 p.m. Katie A. A short and sweet core workout you can fit into your busy day. 
Trax 11:15 to 11:45 a.m. Ellen Head to the Knapp Center track to fire up your walk with this light toning class! 
Yoga Express 12:15 to 12:45 p.m. Sammy A quick stretch and energy-boosting class to better your day.
X–Training 4:45 to 5:10 p.m. Rachelle A combination of cardio, weights, and core work that will get you toned!
Express Abs  5:15 to 5:30 p.m. Rachelle A short and sweet core workout you can fit into your busy day.  
Hip Hop Worx 8:00 to 9:00 p.m. Paige  Break out your skills as you dance to the latest hip hop rhythms.
Water Aerobix 6:45 to 7:15 a.m.  Rachelle Let the weight of the water add a whole new challenge to this light toning class. 
Zumba 4:45 to 5:45 p.m.  Hannah  Sweat and dance your worries off in this fun Latin-inspired cardio fitness class. 
Circuit Training 7:00 to 7:45 p.m.  Paige  Get the best of an intense cardio and toning work out in this circuit-themed class!
Extreme Abs 12:15 to 12:45 p.m.  Rotation  Get closer to that six-pack with this challenging core class. 
Dance Fitness 6:15 to 7:15 p.m. Paige Work your moves to the beat of a wide range of music in this cardio dance class. 
Pilates 12:15 to 12:45 p.m.  Kayla Improve core strength and stability in this mat-based toning class. 
Pilates Extreme
11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Katie L. Take Pilates to a new level with tools such as dumbells and medicine balls.
