Water Aerobix 4:45 to 5:45 p.m.  Rachelle

Pound 6:00 to 6:45 p.m. Kylie

Rock to the beat of your own Ripstix in this rhythmic cardio & toning class.

Progressive X 7:00 to 7:45 p.m. Hannah C. Diverse functional workouts with limited rest, improving strength & endurance.
Stretch Mix 8:00 to 8:30 p.m. Katie A. This gentle stretching class improves muscle flexibility.
TUESDAY

Express Abs 5:15 to 5:30 p.m. Rachelle A short & sweet core workout you can fit into your busy day.
Power Yoga 6:00 to 6:45 p.m. Abby Take on more challenging posture & flow all while building a strong yoga foundation.
Express Abs 7:00 to 7:15 p.m. Abby A short & sweet core workout you can fit into your busy day.
Hip Hop Worx 8:00 to 9:00 p.m. Paige Break out your moves as you dance to the latest hip hop rhythms.
WEDNESDAY
Yoga Relax 12:15 to 12:45 p.m. Abby Reduce stress & increase energy with this mind-body connection & flexibility class.
Zumba 4:45 to 5:30 p.m.  Hannah P. Sweat & dance away in this fun Latin-inspired cardio class.
Yoga Sculpt 5:45 to 6:15 p.m. Hannah P. Yoga like never before: flow with cardio bursts & weights in this upbeat full body toning class!

THURSDAY
Mat Worx 12:15 to 12:45 p.m. Rotation This low intensity class uses light weights & body weight for a full body workout.
Dance Express 4:45 to 5:15 p.m. Kodee Shake up your afternoon with this cardio dance class to all styles of music!
Pound 5:30 to 6:15 p.m. Kylie Rock to the beat of your own Ripstix in this rhythmic cardio & toning class.
