Free Classes six days a week! Come to 15 classes this fall and earn a fanny pack!

What to Expect:
Muscle Mix: Boost your resting metabolism by adding strength training to your routine in this free-weight class.
HardCore: Get closer to the abs you’ve always dreamed of in this short 15-minute workout.
Pilates: Learn how to improve core strength and flexibility in this mat-based class.
Yoga: Learn how to make a mind-body connection while relaxing and renewing to increase energy levels and reduce stress.
Step:  Get your rear in gear with this throwback to the 80’s aerobic workout.
Bootcamp: Looking to improve speed and agility? Inside, outside, or on the track, you’re sure to feel the burn in this class.
Cardio Mix: Similar to HIIT and Tabata, this class will give you short bursts of cardio while sculpting muscles.
Zumba: Burn calories and have fun while dancing your way to better health and fitness levels.
H20 Aerobics: Self-conscious on land? This class is perfect because in the water, no one can see what you’re doing anyway.  

Frequently Pondered Thoughts & Inquiries:
Classes take place in the Multi-Purpose Room with the exception of H20 Aerobics which is in the pool, obviously.
Class style and music vary by instructor but we’re all pretty awesome so that shouldn’t matter too much.
The schedule is subject to change due to weather because we live in Iowa and it could snow in April.
No classes during Spring Break or the Friday & Saturday of the biggest holiday on campus, The Drake Relays.
