Bootcamp: Improve speed and agility with this intense and effective total body workout. Sweating required!
Cardio Mix: Similar to HIIT and Tabata, this class will give you short bursts of cardio while sculpting muscles. Sweat!
Hip Hop Fitness: Love Zumba but want to swap the Latin moves for hip hop? This class is for you! You will sweat!
Pound: Workout to the beat of your own drum in this fun and intense cardio, core, and strength class that incorporates lightly weighted drumsticks called Ripstix. Don’t miss out on the latest fitness craze sweeping the nation and be prepared to sweat!
Zumba: Sweat your worries away in this Latin-inspired dance class.
KickMix: Like to sweat but want to avoid sweaty gloves and wraps? This cardio-kickboxing inspired class is perfect for you!
