Water Aerobix 4:45 to 5:30 p.m.  Rachelle

Let the weight of the water add a whole different challenge to this light toning class. 

Pound 6:00 to 6:45 p.m. Kylie

Rock to the beat of your own Ripstix in this rhythmic cardio & toning class.

Progressive X 7:00 to 7:45 p.m. Hannah C. Diverse functional workouts with limited rest, improving strength & endurance.
Stretch Mix 8:00 to 8:30 p.m. Katie A. This gentle stretching class improves muscle flexibility.
TUESDAY

Muscle Mix 12:15 to 12:45 p.m. Kodee Mix up your routine using a variety of equipment in this strength training class!

4:45 to 5:30 p.m. Rachelle A combination of cardio, weights, & core work that will get you toned!
Power Yoga 6:00 to 6:45 p.m. Abby Take on more challenging posture & flow all while building a strong yoga foundation.
Express Abs 7:00 to 7:15 p.m. Abby A short & sweet core workout you can fit into your busy day.
Hip Hop Worx 8:00 to 9:00 p.m. Paige Break out your moves as you dance to the latest hip hop rhythms.
WEDNESDAY
Yoga Relax 12:15 to 12:45 p.m. Abby Reduce stress & increase energy with this mind-body connection & flexibility class.
Zumba 4:45 to 5:30 p.m.  Hannah P. Sweat & dance away in this fun Latin-inspired cardio class.
Yoga Sculpt 5:45 to 6:30 p.m. Hannah P. Yoga like never before: flow with cardio bursts & weights in this upbeat full body toning class!

THURSDAY
Muscle Mix
12:15 to 12:45 p.m. Kodee This low intensity class uses light weights & body weight for a full body workout.
Pound 5:30 to 6:15 p.m. Kylie Rock to the beat of your own Ripstix in this rhythmic cardio & toning class.
X-Training 7:15 to 8:00 p.m. Katie A. A combination of cardio, weights, & core work that will get you toned!
Express Abs 8:05 to 8:20 p.m. Katie A. A short & sweet core workout you can fit into your busy day.
FRIDAY
Pilates 12:15 to 12:45 p.m.  Kayla Improve core strength & stability in this mat-based toning class. 
SATURDAY
Pilates Extreme 11:00 to 11:45 a.m. Katie B. Take Pilates to a new level with tools such as dumbbells & medicine balls.
Kickboxing 12:00 to 12:40 p.m. Katie B. Jab, cross, & kick stress away with this high cardio class
SUNDAY
