Exit Counseling

If you have borrowed any of the types of loans listed below, you are required to complete exit counseling for each loan.

• Henry Strong Foundation Loan
• Health Professions Student Loans (HPSL)
• Perkins Loans

Exit counseling is done online at the ECSI website.

You will be asked first to update your account information (address, phone number, email).  If all demographic information is correct, bypass this request as directed at the bottom of the webpage.  When the page reloads, you will have access to your entire ECSI account. Click on “Unsigned Exit Interview(s)” to complete this federal requirement.

If you do not complete this step, your account will be placed on hold. This exit counseling is separate from the exit counseling required for your federal Stafford loans (Subsidized, Unsubsidized, and PLUS).
