Central Purpose of the Organization:
Never in history have the Nations of the world been neighbors like they are today. As an organization we seek to overcome cultural differences and develop meaningful friendships by Loving our neighbors and living life together.
History of the Organization:
The Nations began when five families in Des Moines, IA responded to the nations of the world literally becoming neighbors. With a great deal of courage and curiosity, they began crossing cultural barriers, sharing meals, tea and life. And it was soon discovered there were lifelong friendships waiting.
Today, we share those experiences with others and assist as they take steps toward Loving neighbors within their own communities.
International Issues and Focus:
Connecting Neighbors in the US from the Middle East and North Africa
Training individuals and organizations on cultural issues to help build bridges of understanding within communities
Medical, Educational and Travel opportunities in Iraq
