Each year, the Agricultural Law Center hosts various events to educate and encourage discussion on current issues related to food and agricultural law.
Sept. 19, 2018
8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Olmsted Center, Parents Hall
This conference will bring together conservation leaders, farmers, landowners, public officials, and concerned citizens from across the state to share their visions for Iowa and to discuss the actions and policies needed to make them a reality.
Many people and organizations are busy leading efforts to take real actions to protect our water and land—doing more than just talking about it or hoping good things might happen. But crafting a brighter vision for Iowa and making it a reality will take leadership and sustained commitment—traits shared by many Iowans who share a love for our water and land.
To move forward, it is important that Iowa has a vision for where we want to go. SOIL 2018 can help Iowans identify their role in this future.
