The Refugee Clinic at Drake University Law School provides free immigration legal services to noncitizens seeking immigration benefits or facing removal proceedings in the United States. Student attorneys, under the supervision of the Refugee Clinic faculty, represent clients in immigration matters before the U.S. immigration agencies and courts. Clients receive free legal services but are responsible for all out-of-pocket fees and other expenses associated with the representation.
