Drake Law School Ceremony - Saturday, May 18, at 7 p.m. in the Knapp Center
At 6:10 p.m. law school graduates gather and line up alphabetically in the Opperman/Cartwright halls. The bagpiper processional will walk from the law school to the Knapp Center at 6:50 p.m. The ceremony lasts approximately ninety minutes and will be followed by a reception at the Courtside Club in Shivers Practice Facility (connected to east side of Knapp Center).
Knapp Center doors open to guests at 6 p.m. No tickets are required, nor is there a limit to the number of guests allowed.
Graduates will receive a Law School Commencement Program during the ceremony and may request up to two additional programs following the ceremony. The commencement program can be reviewed prior to the ceremony.
